Thank you for your order, after placing a website order on www.gemipiscrystals.shop a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our current order processing time is 5-10 business days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days nor are Holidays. Once your order has shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you via email, in this email will be your tracking number. Delivery time all depends on the location of where the package is being delivered too. Sometimes due to holidays, or high volume times the mail courier's can be delayed.
