Shop Policy and Information 

 

 Invoicing and Payments

GemiPi's Crystals, LLC. invoices normal Live Sales within 24 hours of each live sale.  Payment is due immediately unless otherwise communicated. Baskets may be paid and held if you chose "Open Box" at checkout to ship multiple boxes together. 

If we are at a Gem Show Live or Vendor Warehouse then you must keep track of your claims and prices.  All claims are due before we leave each vendor.  Unpaid items will be put back and not taken. Payment is made here on our website under Gem Show Live and the quantity will be your total claimed.  

Please be patient and track your claims. Pay promptly before leaving each vendor. Add your username to the notes section so we know who you are. 

Shipping 

Shipping is a flat $8 up to 10 lbs.  Anything above that will be weighed and invoiced accordingly.  You will get a separate invoice for overweight shipping.

Live Sales 

Prices are announced when each item is shown. Item will go to the person we see on our screen who claims it correctly.  If you are paying a live sale order and do not communicate open box with us nor pay, your items will be put back automatically after 14 days.  We can only hold open boxes for 60 days unless otherwise communicated. Thank you.

Return and Exchange Policy 

Gemipi’s Crystals LLC. does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please contact us via email if you have any problems with your order, gemipiscrystals@gmail.com

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All orders are automatically insured. If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of your parcel box (label side as well) after you open it and the damaged item. Let us know immediately so we can file a claim and get it refunded as soon as possible.  Damaged material does not include crumbles of matrix or non substantial breaks.  ***IF YOU DO  NOT SEND US PICTURES OF THE BOX AND DAMAGED ITEM WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING OR REPLACING IF POSSIBLE!!!***

If your package gets lost in the mail system, please contact USPS/UPS and you can file a claim with the shipping company. GemiPi’s Crystals is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All packages are covered for up to $100 minimum. If by chance, you receive items you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can send you the correct items.
